@jeverner@hahussain The term "New York" existed at least a century before I was born. Having lived there for nearly a decade, I certainly considered myself a New Yorker. Does that mean that my roots go back 150 years in New York?
@squirrelpsps What's antisemitic is that you
1. believe those things are even happening
2. ignore both eyewitness testimony and scholarly opinions to the contrary, and
3. ignore the wholesale attacks and provocations of Israel's neighbors.
@davidhazony This is a strangely constructed survey. The choices represented by the two middle columns aren't at all mutually exclusive:
- "I accept the decision of the voting public"
- "Painful, but such is life"
I'd guess that all those who believe the latter also believe the former.
@rabbriansamuel Just like Palestinians are only called so because at some indeterminately recent point, they lived in the land that at the time was called Palestine. They don't descend from or belong to an ancient nation or person known as Palestine. They're Palestinians like I'm a New Yorker.
@crstyllss8@_ZachFoster@JonahPlatt Complain to Hamas and Hezbollah for turning living rooms into weapons caches and booby-trapping all their own buildings. These death cults have brought back child sacrifice from thousands of years of dormancy.
@AKahanism89581 MostJews with surnames Levi and Cohen and their variants (like myself) are direct descendants of the priestly tribe that served in the Israelite Temple in Jerusalem.
@AKahanism89581 You've swallowed the Nazi propaganda. European Jews are of the same family (genetically and otherwise) as Palestinian Jews (Samaritans are actually a different people who converted to Judaism).
@AKahanism89581 There was nobody called "the Palestinians" until the Jews showed up there. Then, the only people called Palestinians were those Jews, until the 1960s when the Jews had stopped using that name. If the Jews had called their state Palestine, you wouldn't have an argument.
@AKahanism89581@Zeev81309559 It's the EXACT FUCKING OPPOSITE of what you claim.
Palestinians are ALLOWED to drive on the "Zionist settlers' road".
Israeli Jews are NOT ALLOWED to drive on the "Palestinian road".
In other words, the ones practicing apartheid here are the Palestinians. Projecting as always.
