Мабуть, багато, хто з вас чув за цю справу - як на київському фунікулері неадекват вбив молодого 16-річного хлопця.

Молодий 16-річний хлопець Максим Матерухін, який професійно займався футболом був вбитий 7 квітня 2024 року на очах у інших дітей, пʼяним 30-річним співробітником Управління державної охорони Артемом Косовим. Я зараз вимушений писати про це, бо судовий розгляд по вбивці перетворили на фарс!

З жовтня минулого року слухання практично заблоковані — захист Косова регулярно пропускає засідання. Допити свідків поновились лише 9 січня, однак головний свідок - друг вбитого Максима, який був з ним у момент загибелі й мав дати свідчення, до суду не прийшов через залякування, зараз із цим хлопцем працює психолог і він боїться давати покази в суді. На батьків загиблого тиснуть, погрожують. Родичі обвинуваченого Косова в суді нагло сміються з родини загиблого. Засідання продовжують зривати адвокати своєю неявкою, а колегія суддів Шевченківського районного суду міста Києва тупо ігнорує знущання над правосуддям та перетворює засідання у фарс, а засідання в грудні взагалі прямо зірвали судді запізнившись на годину.

Зараз нарешті розпочали допит свідків, хоча повторюю - головного свідка залякали і його участь під питанням! Наступне засідання має відбутись 5 лютого о 14 годині у Шевченківському районному суді Києва (Дегтярівська, 31А).

Буду уважно слідкувати за цим засіданням і дуже раджу суддям згадати процесуальне законодавство і жорстко реагувати на намагання сторони підсудного зірвати розгляд справи. Дуже і дуже не раджу перетворювати цю справу на фарс!
