Sometimes a study model is not enough to explain the texture of the materiality so we aim to produce a 1:20 detail of our proposal, as with our Bethnal Green project which is scheduled to go into planning by the end of the year.

The staircase of our Rushmore project had the most challenging detailing as with most design that looks minimalist and simple! Steel mesh acts as handrail and discreet shadow gaps hint at the hidden storage units.
