@mit4d@My_Metro Yeah they have a problem, multiple people are complaining. It works if you top up your phone at a ticket machine (you can hold your phone against the orange reader) but it kinda defeats the purpose of having it on your phone
@JustEatUK Is it allowed for restaurants to have misleading offers on their pages? The place I ordered from said to use a code to get £8 off, but when I got to checkout it said the code was expired
@My_Metro I'm using Windows 11 right now but I don't see what the operating system has to do with it, I'm talking about the API that allows 3rd party apps to work, not the pop app
@My_Metro are trains going to be turned around at chillingham road? trying to get to Whitley bay, says there's one due on the other platform but not towards the coast?
@My_Metro Why does real time information always seem to fail whenever there's major disruption, i.e. the time people are most likely to need to access real time information
@WeLoveFeathers I have an ESP32 running some code that shows next train times on an LCD display. Took me about an hour to throw together despite not using the API before and only having the ESP32 dev kit for about a day lol. Doesn't help when the API data is plain wrong, though
The new Pop App on Android by @My_Metro is unusable. There's no way to select a station other than the closest one to you, and if you click Track Your Metro the app immediately crashes. Great work as usual guys
@Tyneside18@My_Metro Use https://t.co/9k3LSKq7xT until it's fixed. And probably after it's fixed too, since a hobby project made by someone in their spare time works better than what metro are paid to make
If anyone needs to check real time train info, I suggest using https://t.co/9k3LSKq7xT which works 10 times better than anything Nexus have managed to make
So this morning we've got
Pop cards not working
Ticket machines not working
Customer service phones not working
That's on top of the usual metro delays and cancelled services. Does any other city in the world put up with this? If TFL tried it there would be riots!
We have been experiencing some issues with Network One tickets on our Metro ticket machines, and with Pop card products on Google Wallet. You can find more information, including what to do before travelling, on our website at https://t.co/NcwyCEV5XX^SF
@My_Metro The phone provider is @ThreeUKSupport but there's no issue with them as I've called other people fine. It's after 9am now and the number still isn't working. Do you have another number for me to call or do I have to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back?
Why are @My_Metro charging people with pop cards extra because their ticket barriers aren't working, then telling people to call a customer service number that has been disconnected. Staff at the station did nothing to help, absolutely useless!
