YenX Support

Providing support for @YenXCorp when creators and consumers need it the most.

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

Hi! If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help. This will be our main page that you can mention, reply too, and DM for support, questions, and creator support. Thank you! 😁

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

We have been made aware that some affiliate accounts, including employee’s and contractors of YenX, are being suspended. We are investigating this issue and will update you all here once we have our findings.

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

We also have completed our investigation into the suspension of our main account, @YenXCorp. We have found evidence of an individual critical of YenX to have made mass reports, leading to suspension of the account. We are still working on recovery, and will update here.

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

YenX Support will be closing its direct messages and DM support until further notice. If you’re interested in reaching out, send us an email at [email protected] and we will be in touch. Thank you!

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

Please read our official YenX article on the suspension of @YenXCorp on X. We are remaining active in our investigation, and have found evidence of potential action against YenX and its affiliates from person(s) outside of the YenX Network. We are still actively working with X and investigating this matter.

Hi! We have been made aware of our main account @YenXCorp being suspended. We have appealed this decision, as we believe we did not violate the X rules as described in their suspension. We are actively working on this with X and will update you here.

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

@Una_JJC @YenXCorp Hi! We sent you a DM. Feel free to check them when you're available and respond when you can!

[YenX Support @YenXSupport]

We have been made aware that our accounts have been labeled as "Spam" and our reach has been limited across several YenX accounts. We have appealed this label, and are awaiting a response from X.

We appreciate your patience while we work on this.
