Today, I overcame my fear of talking about about my HIV status aside from Mama, and my two sisters. It took me about 3 years to master that courage, so, I would like to thank @heyspinach for listening to my story. It means so much to me. Thank you and see you again soon ☺️

Ang daming nagpost about sa nababa na CD4 count. Advice lang focus kayo sa %CD4 kasi mas malinaw siyang basis bg health status nyo kasi nde siya erratic unlike CD4 count. FYR

<12% = AIDS level
12% - 25% = typical range for PLHIV
40% and up = Non HIV patients

@RSky2019 Oh I see. Ako kc one of the reasons why my ID decided to shift me to TLD is yung di nga bumababa ang HB pressure ko for 3 years. So far di naman ako nagka man boob 😅

@RSky2019 Well for me kasi yun LTE 15-30mins after taking para ako nalalasing, namamanhid or may sensations sa mga muscles ko, and always ako may highblood pressure, unlike when I started taking TLD, no side effect talaga, and my VL became totally “HIV NOT DETECTED” ang result. 😊

I’ve been away from Twitter for many months, just want to give an update to my taking of TLD.

✅No side effects at all, unlike sa LTE na para ako nalalasing, at nag numb muscles ko.
✅My blood pressure are normal now unlike before na sobrang taas.

The good news was, after 3 years this is the first time my VL result came with “HIV-1 NOT DETECTED” 😭☺️ usually kc less than 40 or 20 which is still U=U. Worried kc ako kasi I changed med & di ako nakapag pa test noong Q1. I am beyond grateful. Lovelife nalang kulang. Lol 😂

After many delays due to Covid restrictions, finally had my blood extraction for my VL and CD4 lab test. Surprisingly results came out only a day after. I am slightly sad coz medyo bumababa CD4 ko from 377 to 365, diko na achieve yun 400 target 🥺 but I am still thankful 🙏🏼

I had a blood extraction last week, and I just received the lab test result of my CD4 count. From 281 last year, it’s now up to 377 🥺

I was really worried na baka bumababa siya, coz nagka shingles ako last year. Pero God is good talaga.

Yellow pill is LTE.
Blue pill is TLD.

Mas maliit yun TLD kaya mas mabilis inumin, at wala siya side effect sa akin. I’m taking it after breakfast at 9am.

Update: no side effect sa akin, taking it na for 2days. Walang sakit ng ulo, wala diarrhea, wala insomia which is side effect daw. Hindi rin ako nag karoon yung parang nagimi ang muscles.
