So @Hermesparcels changes name and closes social media accounts. Joy. Their driver puts wrong images on my parcel delivery and claims delivered with no sight of parcel. Impossible to find now. Customer services refuse to respond...boycott companies who use this courier people!

@DPDgroup_news Or perhaps answer publicly whether it is your policy, as your driver claims, to enter houses and take pictures INSIDE the house with the parcel...even without the homeowner's permission. This is a blatant issue if so. Please answer publicly if there is nothing to hide. Thanks
