Moon Ape Lab today announces the appointment of JoBeHa as Artist in Residence, marking a significant strategic milestone in the evolution of the project’s creative and technical direction

JoBeHa brings extensive frontline experience from the global film industry, having contributed to major cinematic productions including Surf’s Up, I Am Legend, Real Steel, and numerous other large-scale projects. His background reflects sustained work in high-pressure production environments where visual fidelity, consistency, and delivery standards are non-negotiable

This appointment represents a clear inflection point for Moon Ape Lab. With JoBeHa joining the team, the project moves beyond conventional NFT avatar production pipelines and adopts a cinematic-grade approach to character development, visual language, and long-term IP construction

JoBeHa’s role is not cosmetic, it is foundational. His involvement signals a deliberate shift toward film-level standards, professional discipline, and intentional storytelling

Our collaboration is expected to materially strengthen The Lab’s standing with collaborators, collectors, and external partners, while laying the groundwork for deeper character expression, narrative cohesion, and long-term brand value
