Final Hours of the Food Drive
We’re heading into the final part of the day.
Thank you to everyone who’s stopped in and taken part so far—it’s been great to see.
If you’re on your way through the store, there’s still time to grab a hamper.
Still Time to Take Part
We’re into the afternoon and the Food Drive is continuing strong.
If you haven’t had a chance yet, hampers are still available in-store.
Every one picked up today goes directly to families in our community.
Thank You to Our Volunteers
A big thank you to the volunteers who are here helping run today’s Food Drive.
They’re keeping things moving and making it easy for everyone to take part.
If you’re in the store this afternoon, you’ll see them set up and ready to help.
A Strong Start to the Day
Thank you to everyone who’s already taken part this morning.
We’re off to a great start, and it’s good to see the community coming together again.
Hampers are available throughout the store.
We’re Underway
The YWCA NWT Easter Food Drive is now underway at Lakeshore Co-op.
Hampers are set up, volunteers are here, and we’re ready for the day ahead.
If you’re stopping by, you’ll find everything ready at the front of the store.
Good Friday – Looking Ahead to Tomorrow
As we head into the Easter weekend, we’re getting everything in place for tomorrow’s Food Drive with the YWCA.
Hampers will be ready in-store all day Saturday.
If you’re out shopping this weekend, we’d be glad to have you take part.
Easter Food Drive This Saturday
We’re getting ready for this weekend’s Easter Food Drive in partnership with the YWCA NWT
This year, we’re preparing 650 hampers to help meet the needs of women and families in our community.
If you’re planning a trip to the Co-op this weekend, it’s a simple way to take part and support your community!
🚧 Weekend traffic reminder: construction is still in progress at the Co-op parking lot. Please give yourself a bit of extra time and use caution entering/exiting.

💧 Bumps and puddles, be gone! We’re fixing the low points that collect water and the high spots that make driving rough. This upgrade improves safety and extends the life of our property.
👷 Parking lot work is underway! We’re fixing drainage issues and smoothing out high/low spots to improve safety. Please follow all signs and barricades during construction. Thanks for your patience!
🚌 City transit will continue to pick up and drop off at the Co-op during parking lot construction. Please watch for adjusted traffic flow and signage on-site.
🚧 As discussed at our AGM, we’ve begun regrading and repaving a large portion of the Co-op parking lot. Canada Post boxes have been temporarily moved beside the gas bar. Please follow all safety barricades. Thank you for your patience!
