@MydAravind Similar thing happened to me. I made purchases from a diff. card in Barcelona, but used magnus for burgundy to get the refunds. The bank debited points for all the amounts credited against the tax refund.I made a summary,took screenshots,submitted payment proofs. It got reversed.

@milespointspro Hi, in my experience when I have redeemed my points during the high season time, I was able to extract more value each point.

During lean seasons, revenue makes most sense.
I have made 3 redemptions so far. They have been 200k+ each time for 5 nights.Value I got was .85-1.2

@ThetaVegaCap If you see the exact cc .. it's lower than 350. So they don't get impacted. Only their Himalayan range and 650 get affected.

Those don't contribute as much as the 350s
