पंचायतीराज विभाग की दयनीय स्थिति देखो।

यहां सरपंचों की मांगो को हर बार मान लिया जाता है लेकिन बीटेक ग्रेजुएट्स को कारीगर से भी कम वेतन पर संविदा शोषित किया जाता है। उपर से विभाग में नियमित JEN भर्ती 14 साल से नहीं हुई जबकि सीएम खुद 2019 में खुद 2100 पद की ��ोषणा कर चुके हैं।

अब तो सभी प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं को आयोजित करवाने की ज़िम्मेदारी भी चुनाव आयोग को दे देनी चाहिए, कम से कम परीक्षाएं तो तय समय पर होगी, और परिणाम भी तय समय पर आयेगा तथा ना ही कोई भर्ती कोर्ट केस में फसेगी और न कोई विद्यार्थी परेशान होगा ।
