I have publicly posted one more testimony of a man from whom bribe was demanded. It is on record that HC orders were not followed by this Judge because this man did not pay up

Until an enquiry is ordered how will people come forward to complain ?

Just see how they're saying mere testimony isn't proof to implicate anyone but these judges themselves treat mere testimony by a woman as gospel truth and presume that the man must be wrong

SECTION 125 CrPC | WHAT IS THIS LEGAL EXTORTION LAW AGAINST HUSBANDS?

▪️Most men and their parents are not aware of this draconian law

▪️A wife can unilaterally walk out of matrimonial home "alleging" abuse & the husband will be penalised to pay her monthly maintenance as per his current growing income all his life & "without divorce"

▪️All that a wife needs to prove is that "she has no income"

▪️Earlier, this monthly maintenance was capped at ₹500 per month. However, since this cap was removed in the year 2001, the maintenance demand by estranged wives are running into lakhs per month for life, with zero onus on them becoming independent

▪️Instead of amending this law in 2024, @BJP4India copy pasted the same by changing its numbering from "Section 125 CrPC to Section 144 BNSS"

▪️Please create mass awareness in society about this legal extortion of men
