If you’re booking on @AlaskaAir make sure you chk what kind of tx you’re booking. On both legs, I checked in early and was automatically given Group F. That’s the last group. I had to chk-in my carry-on both times. Defeats the purpose of traveling light and checking in early.

@SFMTA_Muni Bought a residential permit Nov 2023, I was charged $85(apparently expires 3/31). Received renewal to pay $170 for annual RP. I should’ve been charged ~$70 for 5 months. I called 2/15/24: Your rep said “That’s just how it is”. What kind of reasoning is this?

@SocialSecurity I was told to come to the SF location for them to make a photocopy. A guy in wheelchair has been waiting outside (NOT inside) for 40mins! Security told us all once 330p hits, no one will be allowed in. This is ABSURD!
