दिल्ली के मेरे भाई-बहनों, आपने इस कठिन समय में जिस धैर्य और समझदारी का परिचय दिया, उसके लिए हम आपके आभारी हैं। आंदोलनजीवियों ने दिल्ली के सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल को ख़राब करने का पूरा प्रयास किया, लेकिन हमारी पुलिस और सुरक्षा बलों की कर्तव्यनिष्ठा के चलते सब ठीक रहा।

मैं दिल्ली पुलिस के जवानों को विशेष रूप से साधुवाद देती हूं। उन्होंने धैर्य नहीं खोया। पूरी जिम्मेदारी और सूझबूझ से हालात को संभाला और आम नागरिकों की सुरक्षा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी।

MSMEs are not merely small businesses; they are the backbone of India’s industrial strength, driving employment, manufacturing, exports and inclusive economic growth, and playing a vital role in our journey towards Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

With nearly 9.80 crore enterprises registered on the Udyam platform and supporting over 40 crore livelihoods, the MSME sector is central to India’s economic progress. Women own approximately 37% of these enterprises, reflecting the sector’s contribution to inclusive entrepreneurship and economic empowerment.

Under the dynamic leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji, the Government of India is creating an enabling ecosystem for MSMEs through improved access to finance, ease of doing business, technology adoption and expanded market opportunities. Initiatives such as PM MUDRA Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, the Credit Guarantee Scheme and PMEGP are supporting entrepreneurs in establishing and expanding their enterprises.

Witnessed the second edition of ‘Exercise Tarang Shakti’ in Jodhpur today.

There is considerable scope for cooperation in research, co-development, co-production, maintenance, training, and innovation. The defence relationships of the future will be about technology and trust, not just about platforms. India is ready to explore these possibilities with countries that share our commitment to a stable, secure, and peaceful international environment.

We are aware that no nation can afford to operate in isolation. Critical technologies, resilient supply chains, operational inter-operability and trusted partnerships are becoming increasingly important elements of national power.

For India, therefore, building strong indigenous capabilities must go hand in hand with meaningful cooperation with trusted partners. We must be capable of acting independently when required, while also being able to operate effectively with others when our interests and responsibilities converge.

It is precisely in this context that an exercise like Tarang Shakti assumes special significance. It translates the broader ideas of capability, technology, interoperability and trust into operational experience.
