@hardoipolice @Uppolice

Do people even know about this historic judgment today?

> Four medical colleges in UP had 91% Reservation
> It was challenged in court
> Allahabad High Court stayed 91% Reservation
> UP government appealed to Supreme Court
> Supreme Court dismissed the appeal today

Huge win!

[Anil Babu(Constitution Parivara) @anil_babu2]

#gratuity is 100% tax-free with no upper monetary limit for central & state govt.
Y its is capped at 20lakhs for pvt sector employees?

Y this biased law evn exists 2day?
Pvt employees have no social security if they laid off, no min monetary support frm govt despite paying taxes

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@anil_babu2 Cuz govt can fck u the way they want

[Ashwini Upadhyay @AshwiniUpadhyay]

@narendramodi @AmitShah

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@dpkBopanna Let’s blame everything on someone else , I wish honourable min would have said what his govt is doing despite all odds- is he implying state govt has run out of means to fund this stretch ?

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@rvaidya2000 @monikahalan Well said prof , irda by design has become a wooly Mammooth that’s only to help instance company - no professional behaviour, u file a complaint and they close it w/o even a hearing

[Ajeet Bharti @ajeetbharti]

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@yashrajjhawar7 @ICICILombard Don’t go to irda - very unprofessionally run, better would be consumer court route - though mentally prepare for 3-4 yrs of court cases , as soon as case get admitted , insurer will offer of the book settlement - this sad reality of insurance today

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@Kuma50531Kumar Double aged sword , those are the areas that provide much relief from back breaking traffic .. so don’t really know whether they are wrong in denying /delaying such approvals

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@nethrapal 100% sir, nothing less than that for at least 20 generations - no less

[P.N.Rai @PNRai1]

Bail is rule, Jail is an exception.

[Yogesham @Yogesham11]

@sjlazars Amazon return and service post sale for any thing small to big has gone down the drain in recent times . In a way good for local stores . U can’t trust Amazon for anything costly that too electronics

Caste discrimination at IIT: The unfalsifiable theory.

Student:
“I have never experienced caste discrimination at IIT.”

Humanities Department:
“Exactly. That shows how invisible caste discrimination has become.”

Student:
“Most of my classmates don't even know my caste.”

Humanities Department:
“Exactly. That shows how deeply caste operates subconsciously.”

Student:
“My professor didn't even know my caste.”

Humanities Department:
“Exactly. That's structural Brahminism.
Individuals don't need to know.”

Student:
“My friends come from different castes.
Nobody really cares.”

Humanities Department:
“Exactly. That's how caste privilege normalises itself.”

Student:
“Students from every category study, eat and work together here.”

Humanities Department:
“Exactly. That's how structural discrimination hides behind apparent equality.”

Student:
“But where is the evidence of caste discrimination?”

Humanities Department:
“The absence of evidence shows how sophisticated the discrimination has become.”

Student:
“Okay. What evidence would prove that caste discrimination did NOT happen?”

Humanities Department:
“That question itself demonstrates caste privilege.”

Beautiful!!!
Well Done India!!! 👏

See the way this man is assaulted, beaten up by these women. He suffered a fracture. But you know what @DelhiPolice did? Instead of taking action against these women, asked this man to shut up lest they file molestation case and he lands in Jail.

Female criminals can now use counter blast cases of molestation and rape and get away with real crimes

Slow claps 👏👏👏

Both my parents were accused under the SCST act by disgruntled coworkers. This happened in 2002 and 2003- so they faced a fact finding commission and were not harassed further. I left India.

[Basudev Biswal @ProfBasudev]

Many among my colleagues at IIT Bombay are terrified about the current situation and thus want protocols for interacting with students.

The problem is a problem of trust deficit (between students and instructors) cannot be solved by bringing in more rules.

This is how great institutions degrade with time: they bring in more rules when something does not work, and with time an overload of rules drags the system to a halt.

The root cause of the problem is politics entering IIT campuses.

Time for either biting the bullet or watching quietly a great system falling apart.
