Honestly from last month my experience with @airtelindia have been worst....

I tried to call customer but those shitty bots try to solve my problem by themselves but couldn't not help me much... They just raise the complaint which is useless because @airtelindia takes 10,12 days

Even their email support is only sending me computer generated mail which contains only info that I have already I gone through @Mivi_Official . I purchased mivi duopods f50. If this is the behaviour from @Mivi_Official

This is Hilarious @Mivi_Official they are sending me OTP for making new account or for something else but they are not sending me OTP for warranty registration of the product that I have purchased from @Mivi_Official website. No access to customer support at all!!
