I have been traveling with @AmericanAir for years. But yesterday flight AA3148 out of Orlando has been 1 of the single worst experiences I have ever had. We had to beg for our bags back when our 220p flight was finally cancelled at 930p. Didn’t get out bags until 1130pm. Not ok.

@AmericanAir flight 2886 that was originally leaving at 6pm it is now 11:25pm and we have not left. No communication. Originally not weather related, now weather related. This is not ok! It is an hour flight to Miami!
