🌟Dive into Our Latest Episode!🌟
Excited to announce that our latest podcast episode featuring Yona Knigh-Wisdom @YonaKW , the first-ever Olympic Jamaican diver and a three-time Olympian, is now live!
We did it 😁 Dive With Yona - Kingston 2024 is completed ✅ Thanks so much to everyone involved for your energy and enthusiasm 🙌🏾 I can’t wait to continue building on the momentum we have created…diving in Jamaica has a bright future 🖤💚💛
Retired Olympic Diver, Yona Knight-Wisdom (@YonaKW) stops by to discuss his experiences in Paris and the two-week diving camp he organised to spark interest in the sport among Jamaican children.
It was a pleasure to serve as Team 🇯🇲 Captain for Paris 2024
Though the role came with no official duties, it is a statement of intent from the JOA that Track isn’t the only way forward, and we need to grow our representation at this level beyond Athletics.
You can forget about finals, medals and world records with us…asking for those things adds unnecessary and unhelpful pressure! Only demand effort - then a positive result is a great bonus.
