So I called using another Vodacom number and requested help on my new SIM. The lady was able to do the SIM swap. So... Now we wait😊

@Vodacom111 @Vodacom Guys, what's the issue with your call centre. I'm trying to do a SIM swap and I'm not getting through and I need to do it urgently. It's not even ringing, it just keeps saying call ended on my side. Please assist, ASAP.

My network is fine, I can see Vodacom SA on the top left hand corner, the calls just aren't going through.

I don't know what to do now😞

All I got was a message letting me know I haven't RICA'd which I obviously didn't because I'm doing a SIM swap. I bought 2 starter packs, for just in case. So, let me try the other one and see what happens.

I've been dialling 136. eventually I tried all of them, but i still kept going back to 136 and nothing. It's just not working. Rings once and then "drops". I've done SIM swaps before with you guys, with no hassles. So, I'm very puzzled😔
