The proposed format of reporting the extent of peritonectomy procedures should be adopted by surgeons and gynaecologists performing CRS
After CRS, when limited recurrence occurs isolated in the peritoneum, this classification can also aid clinical decision-making on whether or not to consider further CRS

Assessment of morbidity and predictors of wound complications following perineal wound closure after radical anorectal oncologic resection: retrospective cohort study

Flap utilization was associated with inherently complex situations, with no difference in wound complications among flap subtypes. Anal cancer and extralevator resection were independent predictors of dehiscence among all patients, whereas vaginectomy was a predictor among patients undergoing TFR.
