Kang Daniel is set to make a special appearance at the grand finale of “Skyview High,” a four-week summer event series hosted by The Shops at Skyview Mall in Queens, New York.
Running from late July through August, the series invites local teens and young adults to explore vibrant elements of Asian culture through themed activities centered around K-pop, Japanese fashion, Chinese dim sum, and more. Attendees can participate in three “summer school”-style classes throughout the month to earn credits, which grant access to an exclusive, by-invitation-only commencement ceremony on August 30.
Kang Daniel shared, “I’m looking forward to connecting with my New York fans,” and added, “Seeing everyone express themselves through creative school uniform looks and celebrating Asian culture together will be a meaningful experience.”
Organizers encourage fans to dress in reimagined school uniforms, creating a nostalgic and festive atmosphere for this unique summer celebration. Wesley Sin, regional marketing manager for Perform Properties, owner and manager of The Shops at Skyview, shared, “We’re inviting shoppers to take a stroll down memory lane with our Skyview High series of events this July and August. We invite our Skyview High guests to re-create or embellish this look as they come back to ‘school’ this summer at The Shops at Skyview.”
