@virginmedia if my internal install took place, but I had no service as it was found there was a problem with the external cabling, would I be eligible for the auto compensation?

@virginmedia That's not what I'm asking. My install didn't go live on given date even though equipment was installed. Should I receive auto compensation for time taken for service to go live? I was told yes over the phone and an email sent to me about the how the scheme works, no credit yet.
