Hey @stephenasmith personally inviting you to Oxford to get the real story about who we are! You’l have the best time of your life. We’ll send the plane to get you. Come see what everyone knows about this special place! @OleMissFB#openinvitation#hottytoddy
Only allowed 3 touchdowns the entire season. Pretty impressive no matter what year or what selectors recognize the National Championship.
Undefeated Rebs @OleMissFB!
Incredible opportunity to join our chopper crew for a test run of tomorrow’s flyover. VHS looks amazing from up top! Less than 24 hours away from #CFP football! 🔴🔵🏆
Just had a long conversation with @KeithCarterOM, and asked him if he were to offer a postmortem synopsis of the past several days, how he would describe it.
His answer:
"You can't deny the success. You can't deny the wins. You can't deny the program is in a much better place than it was when Lane got here. I just wish the end would have been handled better, some of the last minute stuff that happened, and is still ongoing a bit -- I wish was different. (He chose not to elaborate, but presumably it centers on Kiffin taking members of the offensive coaching staff).
“We can look at the success as tangible and real... Just, man... the exit was really tough."
Massive salute to Keith Carter for stepping up and making a program-defining move for Ole Miss Football.
This isn’t just a decision —
this is a statement.
A signal that Ole Miss is done playing small and ready to elevate everything: our players, our coaches, and the entire Rebel Nation.
I’ve been around this sport my entire life, and let me tell you—
real leadership shows up in moments like this.
Moves like this don’t just change seasons… they change trajectories.
You can feel it.
Energy building.
Standards rising.
The future opening wide.
Ole Miss is stepping into a new era — and we’re walking into it with our chest out.
Let’s ride. Hotty Toddy.
Quick moment of gratitude for the wonderful folks in Oxford and the state of Mississippi. Everyone, from Ole Miss staff to hotel staff to local Beard Award-winning chefs offering to bring us food -- Thanks, John Currence! -- was first class to my crew and me.
And Ole Miss fans: Y'all are awesome.
Thank you.
