The highly respected and consistently outspoken Cardinal John Onaiyekan is who the supporters of this criminally minded regime are calling unprintable names and deprecating publicly?
Pathetic!
He was left out of games, sent on loans, asked to play with U21 when he was an adult but he never disrespect Chelsea.
Cobham is grateful, Stamford Bridge is grateful, you will forever be missed Trevoh Chalobah
Jehova’s son💙
I want Arise TV or Channels TV to invite this man, the Catholic bishop of Nsukka diocese to throw more light on the recent visit of the Catholic bishops Conference of Nigeria to Aso Rock. If this happens, two things will happen:
1. The presidential media handlers go cry blood, DSS will invade his house and pick him up.
2. Some Igbo leaders except Governor Hope Uzodinma and ohanaeze Ndi Igbo will disown him and dissociate themselves from his position on the issue.
You know why, this bishop is one of, if not the most fearless clergyman in South East. Plus he is deeply intelligent and highly cerebral. I enjoy listening to his sermons which is usually a mixture of English, Igbo language and Nsukka dialect.
Nobody is saying they won't vote for Tinubu because Daniel Bwala and Bayo Onanuga are toxic towards the Catholic Bishops.
Why is Tinubu not controlling his attack thugs?
"What was offensive to the Presidency about Bishop Onaiyekan's speech was that it did not fit the narrative they wanted to control. The Catholic bishops have already made it clear that the statements presented were not just from them but were compiled from bishops across the country. For those saying they do not represent the views of many Nigerians, the Catholic Church has about 35 million followers in Nigeria, so they are very close to the average people."
— Ayo Mairo-Ese of Arise TV reacts to the recent visit of Catholic bishops to President Tinubu.
They wanted the Catholic Bishops to keep mute about their visit, but they posted pictures of the meeting to use for PR.
If the Catholic Bishops didn't tell us about the discussion, we would have been thinking the Bishops went and commended Tinubu for a good job.
