I recognized social media is unhealthy for me while doing some internal work. I’ll still be around, but it won’t be as much as I once was. Thank you for understanding. 🫶🏼
I pay attention to:
- if they make music (or another form of art), I browse their media and follow people I’d like to support
- the energy expressed in their tweets
- the people they interact with most and the energy of that group
- and I look at likes to get a feel for what their intentions are with the platform
If your posts/likes/replies are filled with links, money giveaways, hashtags, engagement with adult content, violence, hateful content, or you’re overly bitter and negative, trolling etc, I will politely stay in my lane and leave you to yours.
I like to follow people who stimulate my mind, community builders, creatives, genuine supporters, and other professionals
I just got a job at the nursing home I live at. I’ll be painting residents finger nails twice a week. I’ve been putting in a lot of time towards learning how to properly paint and do glitter designs and what not.
financial abuse isn’t talked about enough. too many of us can’t get a credit card for the hard times, a water bill in our name, etc because of things that were done with our name without our permission before we reached adulthood. one day imma start some sort of program to help people like me get right ❤️🩹
I’m still around I’m just being quiet and learning from people instead of constantly posting all day. I hear your music and I’m loving what I’m hearing! 🫶🏼
