@bountiful_lives Agreed with the chemical stuff! I use a natural product. I like Thieves cleaning product (which I mix with my laundry detergent) to remove people smells! The laundry smells amazing after I add Thieves.

Lavender! A few years ago, someone posted that lavender helped w/her allergies. She said that she put a few drops under her tongue a few times per day. I had nothing to loose & tried it. For me, it was like nigh t& day. I could breathe again.

Also use Thieves Spray as a hand cleaner - must easier to use than hand gels.
