@AskTSA TSA had never asked me to do anything.... I've been told. Letting travelers know to remove them while they are putting their belongings in the bin rather than after they are in line for the scanner would be nice as well.
Not only does my @Delta flight get delayed for 2 hours (no reason given) but when we land @JFK we can park at the gate because there's a plane there. WDF is controlling traffic??? Now no ramp personal to guide us in.

@NationalRental@Alamo@Enterprise why do I be loyal to a rental car company... all my employees utilize you and we spend thousands of dollars with you but when I need your help you push me back to the automated system.
