An update from Cashaa — where we stand, in full.

Every other loan and investment position we held is now closed and squared. One single position remains, in default — the Blockseed facility from our last update. That is the last piece.

Here's what this cost us, not just our users. Once everything else was squared, we spent Cashaa's own treasury and all our remaining funds to keep paying user withdrawals for as long as the money lasted. And not a single penny of that treasury was taken out by our owners or shareholders — no dividends, no withdrawals, nothing for ourselves while users waited. A deliberate, shared sacrifice by our management, shareholders and employees, so your funds and the interest on them come back to you first.

The remaining position is heavily over-collateralized. Even in default, the collateral is worth roughly double what we owe our users. There is no shortfall — the assets comfortably cover 100% of what the community is owed. The only task left is converting that value into funds we can return.

We're now completing the transfer of the pledged shares with Blockseed and Bloq. Once it's done, we will liquidate them in an orderly way and use the proceeds to make every user whole — repaying what is owed and reopening the platform.

An update from Cashaa on the withdrawal freeze — direct, and in full.

Since 15 August 2025, withdrawals have been paused. You deserve to know exactly why, and exactly where things stand. Here it is.

WHY WE PAUSED
To protect users through the crunch, we actively closed all our other outstanding loans and used Cashaa's own company treasury to honor withdrawals for as long as we could. What remains is a single, long-running, illiquid position — and resolving it is the definitive key to reopening the platform.

THE ONE LOAN LEFT
In March 2023 we extended a substantial short-term loan to Blockseed Ventures Limited — its director, Manmeet Singh, is also a major investor in Bloq Inc (known for tokens like Metronome (MTN) and HEMI). It was secured by collateral with a face value well above the loan.

It matured on 26 September 2023. Not the principal, not a single month's interest, has been repaid since. We spent 2+ years working constructively — formal extensions, Letters of Claim, and escalation to our Board and legal counsel.

THE COLLATERAL — AND WHY YOUR FUNDS ARE BACKED
The collateral is converted equity in prominent, emerging Web3 ecosystems. Because of the high-growth trajectory of these networks, our position remains heavily over-collateralized — the market value of the underlying assets is multiple times our remaining user deposits. There is more than enough asset backing to fully recover and back 100% of our community's funds. What's left is clearing the legal and administrative layers to unlock it.

WHERE IT STANDS
On 4 January 2026, Manmeet Singh @mandmsingh agreed to transfer Blockseed's entire converted shareholding to Cashaa as full and final settlement. It has now been 6+ months. We've provided every document requested — promptly and in full — while absorbing missed deadlines and, as recently as this month, a pause by their own outside counsel over an internal issue on their side.

We consider this settlement non-negotiable and are prepared to pursue every legal avenue, in every jurisdiction, to close it.

We'd rather give you the facts than a comforting line. The freeze exists to protect users, and we will not lift it in a way that puts anyone at greater risk than the status quo. Thank you for your patience while we finish recovering what is owed.
