if the quality of an artist is determined by the depth of emotion their art conveys, moch is one of the greatest artists in our generation.
As someone who lost my mother to illness, this piece brings me to tears every time I see it.
"Why isn't this larger VTuber working with me?"
"Why does everyone think I am a clout chaser?"
I think the hardest part about going from "teehee haha content creation is fun" to my livelihood depending on it (going full-time) is that I had to drop my "cheer for the underdog/help the underdog" attitude.
It's hard to put into words how often I trusted the wrong people, gave others a chance and how often I got burned for doing what was told to me, all my life, as 'correct'; Help those who need it, forgive mistakes, make the first step.
It is so hard to be a heartless sellout, backing corporations and chasing trends without thinking about what my heart wants, but not everyone who is singled out is there because of others, sometimes it's because they made bad decisions, are a bad influence, or because they are in fact, out to hurt you.
One scam to many, one exploitation too many and it really made me realize that maybe trusting only established names and brands is the way to protect what I have built.

Next time you feel ignored by a larger creator or get turned away from a project without consideration, please consider that whoever said no probably got burnt before, and it has very little to do with you.
What a lot of people see as 'big untouchable brands' aka creators takes one bad decision to implode, one badly worded message, one crashout on stream to lose it all. Anything too risky is not worth it for a lot of people when their entire career depends on it.
