Lactation in men is mainly attributed to underlying health issues, males should not be producing milk

Not female breasts, they have two different anatomical functions. If you weren’t born as a certain sex you cannot have the naturalized sexual traits belonging to that sex

You cannot change your sex, it’s ignorant to claim a surgery induced genitalia is a naturalized sex organ. If you were born as a male you’ll never have the sexual traits of a female and vise versa (unless some kind of sex mutation )
