ये शब्द किसी नेता या बड़े आदमी का नहीं, बल्कि उस मासूम बच्चे के हैं जिसने अपने पिता को खो दिया है,

तोहिद खान के परिवार को इंसाफ मिलना चाहिए, अगर किसी के साथ अन्याय हुआ है, तो निष्पक्ष और तेज़ जांच होनी चाह��ए और जो भी दोषी हो, उसे कानून के अनुसार सख्त सजा मिलनी चाहिए,

एक मासूम की आंखों के आंसू और उसके दिल का दर्द पूरे समाज से ये सवाल पूछ रहा है कि आखिर उसे अपने पिता का साया क्यों खोना पड़ा?

हम मांग करते हैं कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच हो और दोष���यों को कानून के अनुसार कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिले।

The West Bengal government has linked welfare benefits to the voter list and is now denying PDS ration and other benefits to people excluded during SIR. This includes people marked as “absent” or “shifted”, and those who did not receive voter slips during the last election. But many people in these categories are genuine voters.

Why should access to ration or welfare depend on whether your name is on the voter list? What is the point of Aadhaar authentication if the voter roll is being used as the deciding factor?

Government schemes are not rewards for voters. They are meant for all eligible citizens. This move looks less like verification and more like an attempt to cut beneficiary numbers while making life harder for the poorest people, especially women, SCs and Muslims.

The government is acting as if these schemes are Prince Suvendu’s personal charity. They are not. They are funded by public money and are the right of every eligible citizen.

डॉक्टरों ने संवेदनहीनता की हद पार करते हुए कहा कि “लड़की पागल है, मर भी गई तो क्या हुआ?” सरकारी तंत्र और डॉक्टरों की यह क्रूरता बेहद खौफनाक है। ऐसे दोषियों को तुरंत जेल भेजा जाना चाहिए।

Meer Faisal has received a legal notice from Siwan Cyber Police under the IT Act over his reporting on the alleged mob lynching of 25-year-old Shahzad Ali in Bihar's Shivrajpur village on May 30. Police have termed his report "misleading" and "factless."

According to Shahzad's family, he was dragged from his home, tied to a tree, and beaten to death. An FIR names eight accused, including Avadh Kishore Chaudhary alias Sanjeev Siwani. So far, only one arrest has been made, while several accused remain absconding.

Responding to the notice,

Meer wrote on X: Siwan Police has sent a legal notice claiming my report on Shahzad Ali's killing is "misleading." Yet the main accused, Avadh Kishore Chaudhary alias Sanjeev Siwani, has still not been arrested. A young man is dead. His family is demanding justice. One arrest has been made, while key accused remain absconding. Journalism is not a crime. Reporting on a case of public interest is not misinformation.

The priority should be ensuring a fair investigation and bringing all accused to justice, not intimidating those raising questions.

Ahmedabad police has responded to allegations of custodial torture leading to Zaheer’s death. They denied that he was beaten in custody, claiming he was admitted to the hospital without any visible injuries or signs of torture. Police further alleged that his condition deteriorated after his wife gave him medicine while he was lodged in police lock-up.

Does this add up?

Before his death, Zaheer had alleged that police personnel assaulted him in custody. In a video recorded before his death, he claimed that officers beat him, pulled his beard, kicked him in his private parts, and demanded money as a bribe. In the video, he also specifically mentioned an officer named Akshay.

A judicial inquiry has been ordered to investigate the death, police added.

ये बात जरूर है के पूरे देश का मुसलमान अगर गाय से कुछ महीने भी दूर रहे इसका असर देश की व्यवस्था पर साफ़ नज़र आएगा, ट्रैफिक, रोड एक्सीडेंट और गायो की भूख से मौत ये सब तो पहले भी देखा गया है।

यह नियम 1950 के कानून West Bengal Animal Slaughter Control Act के तहत लागू किया जा रहा है , नियम भी पढ़ लीजिए...

गाय, बैल, बछड़ा, भैंसा आदि का वध बिना सरकारी “फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट” के नहीं किया जा सकता।

और "फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट" तभी मिलेगा जब पशु 14 साल स�� अधिक उम्र का हो और काम क्रीड़ा और प्रजनन के लायक न हो और वह स्थायी रूप से घायल, बीमार या अशक्त हो।

मतलब मरने के पहले काट कर खा जाओ....

बताईए भला, बुढ़ापे में मां की सेवा करने की बजाय उसे काटकर खाने का लाइसेंस दिया जा रहा है....यह तो ओल्ड एज होम से अधिक विभत्स है।

मतलब यह कि इन्हें गाय से मतलब नहीं, बूढ़ी गाय माता नहीं, उन बूढ़ी गायों में 33 कोटि के देवी-देवता वास नहीं करते , उन्हें वध करने का यह लाइसेंस दे रहे हैं....
