I am guessing that the other new betas haven't been released as they are trying to match the codebase and feature set between devices, and since Fold and Flip 6 are the latest, they got beta 3.

@theonecid It doesn't directly disable it, but it does give you an option to stop allowing it to use it. You can find it in the Mobile Network page in Settings.
