この体を生かして、結婚式の余興で和太鼓演奏をした事が切っ掛けで、和太鼓の先生とコラボ演奏したりしてます。

この動画は**AI生成（またはAIを活用したデモ映像）**の可能性が極めて高いです。理由:内容は「イギリスのAIシステム『LitterCam』が車からゴミをポイ捨てした瞬間を検知し、ナンバープレートを自動認識して罰金通知を送る」というもの。
しかし���実際のイギリスでこのような実用化されたLitterCamシステムは確認されていません。 似たようなゴミ投棄監視の取り組み（カメラやドローンを使ったもの）は一部自治体で実験されていますが、動画のような「リアルタイムで車内から投げ捨てる瞬間を捉え、即座にナンバー照合して自動罰金」という精密なAI運用は、現時点で実在しないか、少なくとも一般に公開されている実例ではありません。
動画の映像自体が、動きやタイミングがやや不自然（AI生成動画にありがちな微妙なアラさ）で、典型的なAI動画生成ツール（Runway、Kling、Lumaなど）で作られたデモに見えます。

要するに：実写の実際の事件映像ではありません。
啓発・拡散目的で作られたAI生成動画である可能性が非常に高いです。

似たような「未来の監視AIデモ動画」は最近よくXなどで拡散されていますが、ほとんどが生成AIで作られたものです。 日本導入を煽る文脈でシェアされているのも、そういうパターンです。本物の技術として興味があるなら、似た実例（イギリスの一部自治体のゴミ監視カメラなど）は存在しますが、この動画ほどドラマチックなものはまだ実用段階にはありません。
