At the end of the month, Swift will launch 24/7 cross-border payments with a group of 50 banks (more than 30 of which are Ripple partners).

In July, the DTCC will begin tokenizing securities. The Clarity Act will also be approved and signed.

And this is so that everything is ready for the DTCC to give the green light in October to start settling in XRP.

El anuncio de DTCC con Stellar (activos tokenizados disponibles en Q1 2027) ¿es una señal clara de cuándo arranca el mercado de utilidad real de XRPL? ¿Por qué?

Porque tokenizar solo la pierna del asset (securities leg) sin liquidación simultánea T+0 en la pierna del cash genera riesgos sistémicos mayores (Herstatt Risk).

La literatura es clarísima: hay que sincronizar ambas piernas de forma atómica.

Sin XRPL (o equivalente) en el cash leg → tokenización incompleta y riesgosa.

I've done some research, and it seems that the Japanese carry trade is 100% linked to this crash. The carry trade is starting to unwind the timing couldn't be more perfect.
