Went for a site visit to check on the progress of the indoor stadium that is currently being constructed in Mon. With the completion of the stadium, I hope that the youth of Mon will use the facility to refine and upgrade their skills in their respective sporting fields, and bring glory to the state of Nagaland in the days to come.

Observed the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, organized by the Department of Social Welfare, GoN, Mission Shakti Nagaland, and the Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission in Kohima. Pledged to fight violence against women, and also kicked off the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

Women are the cornerstones of our society, and we must do our best to provide a safe and secure environment for them to thrive on!

In Loving Memory of Late Noke Wangnao on his 2nd Death Anniversary. 💐

Two years have passed by since the passing of Lt. Noke Wangnao, who was not just a political mentor, but like a father figure to me. In his almost-five decades of a stellar political career, he never budged from his regionalist standpoint, and that is what has been embedded in me to this day, a legacy that I wish to carry forth with me. I will forever be grateful for all he had done for my growth as a person and a politician.

Though the grief is still fresh, I pray that he is at peace now. I also pray to God to grant his family the strength to withstand this day of sorrow.

Rest in eternal peace! ✝️

Hosted a thanksgiving and dinner party at my official residence for Team Mon, the newly-crowned CHAMPIONS of the prestigious Dr. T. Ao Trophy 2025. I would like to convey the immense pride the team has brought to the whole of Mon district. I congratulate the management for all their hard work behind the scenes to bring about this success.

I would also like to congratulate the Niuland team for putting up a resilient fight in the final. Wishing you success in the future.
