Since We contacted those peoples that needed help from cagayan, rescuers are already done with their work.

But the bad thing is, "Tim" The rescuer From RPW got lost and drowned. sadly his team cant find him anymore. so

Tim's boat cant handle 12 people so tim got to go down and push it. but sadly tim got pushed to the water and Never got find. but don't worry, there's a chance he's alive.

Tim is a Rper, that is also a rescuer. I've been the call agent they've said. Tim rescued 10+ peoples and he was really kind.

Another issue is happening rn at pampanga. Sadly We can't rescue them rn while we're reaching those cagayan people who needs help. the flood is going to spread. sorry for those filipinos at pampanga. we're trying our best to save u all early.
