@Se_Railway can someone explain how it is acceptable your 1837 train to Slade Green shows up at London Bridge at 1850 then to add insult to injury the first 2 carriages of an 8 carriage train are out of service during rush hour!? How is this acceptable?

@TLRailUK unsure how I can make a claim on how slow the 17:13 from City Thameslink towards Woolwich. Contactless on TFL is down due to cyber attack. How do I claim given how slow your train is moving?

@Se_Railway Any train from 520pm onwards from Cannon St or London bridge. There were no trains from Cannon St and all trains at London B had a 25min lead time. Now I am trying to reclaim but your website needs "proof" of contactless and due the TFL cyber attack I can't provide. Any ideas?
