Strong, athletic and well balanced with plenty of scope, a beautiful walker. Very excited to present her at @KarakaChat National Weanling Sale next month.

10 years working in his stable with so many unforgettable memories.

He taught me that even a small stable could win G1 and achieve consistent metro success year after year.

He gave me so many opportunities to learn about training horses and showed me how great the horse racing can be, and he also supported my Australian visa. He changed my life forever.
My thoughts are with Steve’s family in this heartbreaking time.

メジロドーベルの孫で現在NZにいる繁殖牝馬Beetobee(JPN)と父ステファノスの当歳牝馬。※動画は昨年11月撮影（3ヶ月齢）。
日本血統馬らしい脚長で品のある仔馬で、自厩舎で共有募集して走らせることももちろん選択肢の一つですが、��ずは6月25日に行われるNZの当歳セリに上場してみます。

Beetobeeは今年もステファノスを受胎中。血統と競争成績の両方が伴っている日本産繁殖牝馬というのはオセアニアでは実は数えるほどしかおらず、こちらでの生産においては日本血統のポテンシャルはまだ発揮されていないと考えています。

自分が日本競馬に一番はまっていた頃の名馬メジロドーベル。
Beetobeeを購入したのが2年前。その母メジロオードリーは重賞馬ホウオウイクセルも輩出しており、日本の重賞馬レベルはこちらのG1勝ち負けレベルなのを考えても夢は大きい。ドーベルの血がオセアニアで花開くことを本気で狙っています。

2年前の3月にオンラインセールで$3,000(約30万円)で購入したフィァースインパクトの3歳牡馬。
いよいよデビュー直前というところでしたが、先日の快勝したジャンプアウトを見た香港関係者から購買のオファー。
調教師的にはもちろん自厩舎からデビューして華々しい活躍をしてくれるのが理想ですが、期待通りには簡単にいかないのも競馬の世界。こういうオファーが来たときには、オーナーさんが目先の確実なお金を取りにいくのもオーストラリアではある意味普通です。

2年前は当歳みたいに小さな仔馬で、当時のレントゲンも完璧ではありませんでしたが、時間をかけて成長を待ったことで脚元も健康に育ち、今回厳しいことで有名な香港の獣医基準もパス。1歳時のレントゲンはやはり「参考程度」で見た方がいいと改めて学ばせてもらいました。

ここまでこの馬の能力を信じて長い間待ってくださっていたオーナーさんにも資金��で恩返しができました。

また良い掘り出し物を見つけられるように頑張ります。そして自厩舎で活躍する馬もどんどん探さなければ😊

It was a very frustrating day at Warrnambool. We know our horses better than anyone, we look after them every day with utmost care.
We know Fuwari has always had a shuffly action and that’s her natural way of moving.
It was a very disappointing outcome.

Fuwari will run in the famous Jericho Cup at Warrnambool tomorrow. She’s done a great job to get in this 4600m race after her maiden win only 3 months ago. It wasn’t the best lead-up last 2 wks for her but we did our best and fingers crossed tomorrow!🇦🇺🏇🏆

Brave Charm ran 6th in 3yo Hcp 1400m on Cranbourne Cup Day yesterday.
Many things didn’t go well for her, but to finish 4.8L away was actually an encouraging run. We will come back to metro again when she’s ready to do it, and we have no doubt she can win there.
