@noon_cares I have been trying to return an item you delivered for the past 5 days. I get nothing g but canned replies from the client service team on the phone, in chat.
I think I hold the record for my issue has been escalated. Still no solution.

Day 8 ... still no pick up. Only a story from the driver that they tried to contact me and I was unavailable. This is not true. At this point I have dedicated my life to waiting for you to pick it up.
You keep canceling and creating new requests to stay under SLA.
