@Amica who at this company decides an 11 year old roof is not insurable ! This is absurd. Now they say that they will insure it but at a higher premium. How is this legal ?

@AmericanAir My point is I had no idea that I would have a stomach bug the night before the flight! If you value your customers safety then you need to make an adjustment to the rule. I’ll send my confirmation numbers and you can see that the flight was changed by one day

@AmericanAir I cancelled my flight yesterday because I had a stomach bug. It’s not fair that we don’t get credited for a flight that was rescheduled. Yes, it was a non refundable fare but do you think people around me would like me vomitting in a bag next to them? Do better AA

@AmericanAir It was a non changeable flight. My point is nobody wants to sit near me if I am vomitting so I cancelled the flight myself. But if I reschedule I should get a credit .

It is now 4:30 and they still haven’t left NC! Unacceptable !
