New feature release: AnypointMQ support in my VSCode extension

The Anypoint Monitor extension now properly handles Message Exchanges by displaying bound queues and routing configurations instead of attempting to browse messages.

This reflects the architectural difference in AnypointMQ where exchanges route messages to queues rather than storing them directly. The extension

automatically detects destination types and provides the appropriate view for each.

Key additions:

- Exchange bindings visualization
- Routing rule display
- Separate destination type and queue type columns
- Graceful API fallback handling
