I’m honestly tired of seeing ageism in K-pop fandoms. Fans policing each other based on age is not only unfair, it’s exhausting and toxic. Noonas, sunbaes, older fans — anyone who genuinely supports CORTIS has every right to stan them. Passion for music and idols isn’t limited by age.
Ageist comments make fans feel unwelcome and create unnecessary divisions within the community. Fandom should be a space for celebration, joy and connection, not gatekeeping or arbitrary rules about who can or cannot participate.
CORTIS deserves fans who cheer them on from the heart, regardless of how old they are. Supporting a group should be about dedication and appreciation, not numbers. Let’s stand against ageism and make fandom a welcoming place for everyone!
