Being transgender is like drowning in a river for your whole life but instead of trying to rescue you everyone is arguing about whether or not to ban lifevests and buoys

You know why I don’t take vyvanse anymore?

Because I don’t need to.

I used it and loved it until it stabbed me in the back, leaving me with loads of health problems and severe anhedonia

Took a while, but I built a system that gets me 90% of the benefit of vyvanse with maybe 10% of the downside. If anything, this stack is neuroprotective, maybe even beneficial long term

The short version?

Bromantane - increases dopamine production, tackles core of ADHD issue

Pinealon - clearer thinking and overall cognitive sharpening, neuroprotective, increased social fluidity

Epitalon - for better aging, also improves quality of sleep and rewinds ADHD circadian rhythm problems

Armodafinil - situational tool for immense focus on heavy work days

Mexidol - gentle boost to focus and warmth, neuroprotective

Semax & Selank - solid near daily pairing for increasing working memory and decreasing anxiety

Now I get whatever I want done with no gnarly sides or individual reliances. It isn’t as intense as having amphetamines melt your face off, but that’s the beautiful bit. Things are easier and more productive than they’ve ever been, including when I was on the meds.

I much prefer things my way.

The way of the biohacker.

[Meng @yumengNya]

[Meng @yumengNya]

[Meng @yumengNya]
