@obathemouse For instance they will tell Black Americans "do you think they'll stop at ao3? They'll come for you next!" When historically Black Americans and their stories have been censored and erased from history for longer than we've been alive. Censorship is a buzzword to them.

The removal of that content is not removing anything of actual value. It's not silencing news, not rewriting history, not removing real stories that need to be told. You've just taken the idea that ao3 is an "archive" to the extreme without actually knowing what am archive is
