I still remember when my colleague was kidnapped on her way home from work early this year.

For two months, her parents ran from pillar to post, borrowing money and begging family and friends to help raise the ransom.

When she finally came home, she narrated how they were gang-raped every morning and night.

The kidnappers chose their victims and temporary married them to themselves celebrating, eating and drinking like it was a legal union.

She said sometimes they shared one woman among two, three, or four men.

Weeks after her release, she was found pregnant.

That same week, we lost her to su!cide. The trauma was more than her heart could bear.

And whenever I see people still supporting this government, I remember her. I remember her parents, I think of other victims that never made it to the media.

How do you watch people suffer d!e like this and still defend a government that has failed to protect them?

Are you human at all or just deliberately wicked?

He was abducted alongside his entire family and he is subjected to brutal beatings by the kidnappers which had led to his hand becoming numb and he now fears that it may be so badly damaged that his captors could cut it off. SubhaAllah.

Imagine the pain and trauma he and his entire family are being forced to endure. 💔

I overheard it playing on my elder brother’s phone, and I had to ask him twice, “Please, who is this?” because I honestly couldn’t believe it was him. Kai! 😭😂 I was wondering how such a tune could come from someone like him. Now I understand why he got only 16 votes in the primary election. 🤣🤣💔

This was my polling unit Rumuokurushi, located inside Shell RA, PH, Rivers State. Every single individual joyfully gave their votes to Mr Peter Obi of LP. APC didn't score a single vote.

When results were rolled out later, APC miraculously won. We slept on it, NEVER AGAIN ✌️📍

This led to threats to her and her mother got kidnapped. For her mother to be released, the kidnappers asked her to resign and leave the country.

But the mother later escaped and kidnappers were caught.
