@PassportIRL No it’s not refer to the screen shot and no one answers the phone either. I spoke to the receptionist of the dept if foreign affairs and she confirmed same. When I complained she said ring your local TD to help you

@PassportIRL I renewed my son's passport online, when I try to access the Passport Consent Form, the website hangs. I've tried it a few times and now it has blocked me, the message I'm getting is to contact passport office, but no answer, no webchat available no reply to email.
