We have tracked this project from Day 1 as I promised you. On June 15th, weeks AFTER the High Court issued a freeze order, a USAF C-17A (01-0192), RCH556 dropped off one of the final massive loads of materials.

They willfully ran the clock, built it anyway, and then apologized to the judge once the job was done.
