@TCL_SouthAfrica So dissatisfied with my 85” C7L. HDR and Dolby Vision tuning and colour accuracy is shockingly poor. It’s impossible to tune it to be even mediocre. This TV need serious firmware updates. Don’t buy it.
@WOOLWORTHS_SA Had to leave R700 worth of vouchers and discounts at the till today. Your in-app virtual card doesn't exist/work and you've now linked my rewards voucher to me swiping my card, which doesn't work in app. You are so far behind from a digital customer perspective.
@Vodacom Wow. That DM turned into without a doubt the worst service experience I’ve ever endured. Clearly I must start cancelling and moving to someone else who actually wants my business. I have no words for how poor the customer treatment is.
@Vodacom so you put an Honor Magic in your deal sheet and then don’t stock any of your stores with it for an upgrade. 3rd store now and I’m giving up. Customer service clearly not a thing.
