I remember being a public school coach sitting in a middle school scheduling meeting. There was a private high school coach there whom I had an issue with because he was "stealing my players." I confronted him very aggressively, and he asked me to sit down so he could show me something.

He opened his phone and showed me dozens of youth coaches and parents begging him to take their kids. He didn't have to recruit them; they were stalking him and begging him for a spot on his team.

I could break down what I learned from this situation, but your mind won't see it like mine did. People want to be with the best; they will find out who that is on their own. I hope it's you! #KeepWorking
