@TBYSTweet @WallStreetApes Can you blame asset managers for high housing prices? Blackrock’s money is largely the public’s money (401ks, benefit plans, equity, etc). Its because the feds incentivize real estate investments that capital is allocated toward it (tax writeoffs, credits,…)

Its 10pm, your boss has just now reviewed your work so you get back on and work till 2am fixing your presentation for your 7am meeting. Your on call for weekends too if need be.

@osrs_dds @ZacharyMara @SeniorKolchek @unusual_whales You also should consider the average market return and inflation, if you’re not at least generating 8% returns you arent keeping with with the indices and inflation. At 10% with inflation concerns its not an unreasonable margin.

If you think they’re being greedy and investors are asking too much, anyone can try to create a competing business and undercut them thus retaining to equilibrium. However lots of government red tape do hinder competition���

Asking a for profit company to run a business line without profit doesnt quite work in our market system. Additionally CA government prevented premiums from increasing
